Genre conventions

The generic conventions of a technical death metal video is they tend to use a lot of extreme close ups of the band and possibly, the actors and long shots of the band are the most generic types of camera shots used in these types of music videos. They also tend to have a lot of black involves in the mise en scene, acts of violence and images showing the darker sides of life.
